Welcome to My Startup Studio’s Terms of Services! We are truly excited to have you aboard. Thank you for choosing to use our services.

Acceptance of the Agreement

These My Startup Studio Terms of Use (“Terms of Services”, “Agreement”, “Terms”) set forth the entire terms and conditions applicable to all My Startup Studio users, including unregistered visitors, registered users, and partner users (collectively, “Users”, “you”, or “your”) of the all My Startup Studio services, including our websites (including www.mystartup.studio and any of its subdomains, the “Website”), web applications (“Web Apps”), mobile applications (“Mobile Apps”), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Terms of Services constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Bairakdar Consulting e.U. (“My Startup Studio”, “us” or “we”) and you in relation to the use of any My Startup Studio Services - so please read them carefully.

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the Agreement. If you do not agree to the General Terms, do not use any of our Services.You can accept the Agreement by checking a checkbox or clicking on a button indicating your acceptance of the Agreement or by actually using the Services.

Description of Service

We provide cloud software and applications for individuals and businesses. You may use the Services for your personal and business use or for business purposes in the organisation that you represent. You may connect to the Services using any Internet browser supported by the Services. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the equipment necessary to use the Services. You can create and edit content with your user account and if you choose to do so, you can publish and share such content.

Beta Service

We may offer certain Services as closed or open beta services ("Beta Service" or “Beta Services”) for the purpose of testing and evaluation. You agree that we have the sole authority and discretion to determine the period of time for testing and evaluation of Beta Services. We will be the sole judge of the success of such testing and the decision, if any, to offer the Beta Services as commercial services. You will be under no obligation to acquire a subscription to use any paid Service as a result of your subscription to any Beta Service. We reserve the right to fully or partially discontinue, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, any of the Beta Services with or without notice to you. You agree that My Startup Studio will not be liable to you or to any third party for any harm related to, arising out of, or caused by the modification, suspension or discontinuance of any of the Beta Services for any reason

Free Trial

If you register for a free trial of one or more Services, My Startup Studio will make the applicable Services available to you on a trial basis free of charge until the earlier of (i) the end of the free trial period of the applicable Services (unless terminated earlier by you), (ii) the start date of the paid subscription period for the applicable Services, or (iii) termination by My Startup Studio in its sole discretion. Any data that you enter into the Services, and any customisations made to the Services during the free trial will be permanently lost unless you (i) purchase the corresponding paid subscription plan for the account or (ii) purchase applicable Service upgrades before the end of the trial period. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section, Services are offered as-is during the free trial, without any warranty, covenant, support or liability whatsoever, to the extent permitted by law.

Eligibility and User Roles

Use of the Services is limited to individuals and organisations capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. By accessing or using the Platform, users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) and authorised to act on behalf of their organisation, where applicable.

The Services are designed for accelerators, incubators, innovation hubs, startups, and other ecosystem partners. It may also be used by additional categories of users or services introduced in the future.

Users of the Services fall into the following categories:

i. Unregistered Visitors: They may access publicly available information but do not have access to any internal or operational tools.

ii. Registered Users: They include startups and their authorized representatives who use the Platform to complete applications, manage checklists, track progress, and engage with programs.

iii. Partner Users: They include program managers, mentors, administrators, and other authorized representatives of accelerator or incubator organizations, as well as any future categories of enterprise or ecosystem partners who are granted extended access under an agreement with My Startup Studio.

We may introduce additional user roles, service tiers, or access types over time. The rights and obligations of such users will be governed by these Terms of Services and any applicable supplemental terms communicated at the time of introduction.

By registering for or using the Services on behalf of an organization, the user affirms that they are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms and that they are responsible for ensuring compliance by all associated users.

Account Registration and Access Control

To access and use the Services, users must create a valid account by providing all required information during the registration process. If you represent an organisation (such as an accelerator, incubator, or startup) and wish to use the Services for organizational purposes, it is recommended that you and all authorized members register using your official corporate contact information, including your organisational email address.

You agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during registration; and (ii) maintain and promptly update such information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that any information provided is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and deny access to some or all of the Services.

Each individual user is permitted to maintain only one personal account on the Platform. Creating or maintaining multiple accounts for the same individual, whether under different email addresses or aliases, is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual,My Startup Studio reserves the right to consolidate, suspend, or permanently remove the duplicate accounts without notice.

For registered and partner users , one or more authorised representatives may be designated to manage account setup, user permissions, and access controls. The organisation is responsible for ensuring that all individuals accessing the Services on its behalf are authorized and comply with these Terms.

If an individual ceases to be affiliated with the organisation, it is the organisation’s responsibility to revoke that individual’s access. My Startup Studio will not be liable for any loss or unauthorised activity resulting from delayed access revocation.

User access to features and data is governed by role-based permissions determined by the organization’s account administrators and My Startup Studio. Access levels may vary depending on user category (e.g., Startup, Program Manager, Mentor) and may evolve as new services or modules are introduced.

My Startup Studio reserves the right to adjust or limit access rights, deactivate accounts, or modify permissions to ensure data integrity, compliance, and proper use of the Services.

My Startup Studio may introduce additional authentication options or access control methods in the future (such as single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, or partner integrations). Unless otherwise stated, such features will be subject to these Terms and any applicable supplemental terms.

Use of Services

User access and capabilities are governed by their role and organisation:

i. Registered Users may use the Services to build and track their startup, including, but not limited to, working on startup building blocks, using tools, working in a team, completing applications, submitting surveys, managing tasks and checklists, tracking milestones and monitoring progress through dashboards, reports, analytics or AI insights. Registered Users may also use the Services when they join programs offered by Partner Users. Registered Users may also use new tools or modules introduced in the future, consistent with their role permissions.

ii. Partner Users may manage programs including, but not limited to, assign tasks and checklists, review startup progress, generate and share reports, push announcements, provide mentorship feedback, and access analytics or AI insights. Partner Users may also use new tools or modules introduced in the future, consistent with their role permissions.

Users are responsible for all content they upload, submit, or generate through the Services, including program applications, survey responses, checklists, reports, mentorship feedback, and other data or materials. Users agree to: i. Provide accurate, current, and complete information; ii. Use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with organizational and program rules; iii. Respect the rights, privacy, and confidentiality of other users and organizations.

Restrictions on Use

In addition to all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, you shall not: (i) transfer the Services or otherwise make it available to any third party; (ii) provide any service based on the Services without prior written permission; (iii) allow user licenses to be shared or used by more than one individual other than by way of reassigning the user license to a new user; (iv) except as permitted under applicable law, attempt to disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile the Services; (v) use third party links to sites without agreeing to their website terms & conditions; (vi) post links to third party sites or use their logo, company name, etc. without their prior written permission; (vii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or its related systems or network; (viii) use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or harm any server, network, computer system, resource of My Startup Studio; (ix) use the Services to send or store material containing software viruses, worms or other harmful computer codes, files, scripts or programs; (x) use the Services in any manner that interferes with or disrupts the integrity, security or performance of the Services, its components and the data contained therein; (xi) create a false identity to mislead any person as to the identity or origin of any communication; (xii) host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that belongs to another person or entity and to which you do not have any right, including personal or confidential information of any person or entity with respect to which you do not have consent or permission from such person or entity; (xiii) use the Services for transmitting information that is false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person; (xiv) violate any applicable local, state, national or international law; (xv) use the Services for any form of competitive or benchmarking purposes; and (xvi) remove or obscure any proprietary or other notices contained in the Services.

Spamming and Illegal Activities

You agree to be solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions through the Services. You agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or is otherwise objectionable, offends religious sentiments, promotes racism, contains viruses or malicious code, or that which infringes or may infringe intellectual property or other rights of another. You agree not to use the Services for the transmission of "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", “phishing” or unsolicited mass distribution of email. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have used the Services for any illegal or unauthorized activity.

Third Party Applications

My Startup Studio Services integrate with many third party applications (hereinafter "Third Party Application(s)"). Access and use of the Third Party Applications may require acceptance of terms of service and privacy policies applicable to such Third Party Applications (hereinafter "Third Party Terms"). You are responsible for reading and understanding the Third Party Terms before accessing or using any Third Party Application. You acknowledge and agree that My Startup Studio is not liable for any Third Party Applications. While we will try to provide you with advance notice, whenever reasonably possible, you acknowledge and agree that My Startup Studio may, at any time and in our sole discretion, and without any notice to you, suspend, restrict or disable access to or remove from My Startup Studio Services, any Third Party Application, without any liability to you, including without limitation for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.

Fees and Payments

The Services are available under subscription plans of various durations, depending on the type of user.

Registered Users: Payments for subscription plans shorter than one year can be made only by Credit Card. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you downgrade your paid subscription plan to a free plan or inform us that you do not wish to renew the subscription. Downgrading to a free plan applies only to Registered Users. At the time of automatic renewal, the subscription fee will be charged to the Credit Card last used by you. You may change the payment details if you would like the renewal fee to be charged to a different Credit Card. If you do not wish to renew the subscription, you must inform us at least seven days prior to the renewal date. If you have not downgraded to a free plan and have not informed us that you do not wish to renew, you will be presumed to have authorized My Startup Studio to charge the subscription fee to the Credit Card last used by you.

Registered Users may also receive free access to the Services for as long as they are part of a network run by Partner Users who have an active subscription plan.

Partner Users: Subscription plans are at least one year long and may be paid by bank transfer. Automatic renewal rules for Partner Users will follow the terms of their specific plan, and downgrading to a free plan does not apply.

From time to time, we may change the price of any Service or charge for use of Services that are currently available free of charge. Any increase in charges will not apply until the expiry of your then-current billing cycle. You will not be charged for using any Service unless you have opted for a paid subscription plan.

In the event any tax such as GST, VAT, sales tax, or the like is chargeable by My Startup Studio in accordance with any local, state, provincial, or foreign laws with respect to your subscription to our Services ("Taxes"), My Startup Studio will invoice you for such Taxes. You agree to pay My Startup Studio such Taxes in addition to the subscription fees. My Startup Studio shall provide you with an invoice in the format prescribed by the applicable local, state, provincial, or foreign laws to help you avail the applicable input tax credit for the Taxes so paid.

Account Cancellation

You may discontinue use and request to cancel your User Account at any time, in accordance with the instructions available on the Services. The effective date and time for such cancellation shall be the date and time on which you have completed the cancellation process on the Services, and the effective date for cancellation of paid Services shall be at the end of such Paid Services’ subscription period.

My Startup Studio may suspend or terminate accounts, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, abuse, misuse, or illegal activity on the Platform and breach of intellectual property or privacy obligations

Termination by My Startup Studio does not release users from obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations or indemnification responsibilities.

​Before cancelling, Users are encouraged to download or export all User Content, AI Outputs, and reports they wish to retain. My Startup Studio may retain certain data as required by law, regulatory obligations, or internal record-keeping policies, even after account cancellation.

Following the termination of your User Account, My Startup Studio reserves the right to delete all data in the normal course of operation. Data cannot be recovered once your User Account is terminated.

Service Modifications, Updates, and Availability

My Startup Studio reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including features, tools, dashboards, AI services, reports, and subscription plans. Such modifications may be made to improve functionality, comply with legal requirements, or implement new technologies and features. Users will be notified of material changes where required by law or deemed appropriate by My Startup Studio.

The Services may periodically undergo updates, maintenance, or enhancements to improve performance, security, and usability. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, interface improvements, and AI enhancements. Users acknowledge that temporary interruptions or changes in functionality may occur during updates and that My Startup Studio is not liable for any disruption caused during such periods.

My Startup Studio aims to make the Services available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate backups of their content and for planning their use of the Services around any maintenance periods.

My Startup Studio may introduce new features, modules, or services in the future. Use of these features may be subject to additional terms, conditions, or fees, which users must accept before accessing them.

Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information you provide to My Startup Studio through the Services is governed by My Startup Studio Privacy Policy. Your election to use the Service indicates your acceptance of the terms of the My Startup Studio Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your username, password and other sensitive information. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your user account and you agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your user account by email to [email protected]. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to you or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorised access and/or use of your user account, or otherwise.

Communications from My Startup Studio

The Services may include certain communications from My Startup Studio, such as service announcements, administrative messages and newsletters. You understand that these communications shall be considered part of using the Services. As part of our policy to provide you total privacy, we also provide you the option of opting out from receiving newsletters from us. However, you will not be able to opt-out from receiving service announcements and administrative messages.

Complaints

If we receive a complaint from any person with respect to your activities as part of use of the Services, we will forward the complaint to the primary email address of your user account. You must respond to the complainant directly within 10 days of receiving the complaint forwarded by us and copy My Startup Studio in the communication. If you do not respond to the complainant within 10 days from the date of our email to you, we may disclose your name and contact information to the complainant for enabling the complainant to take legal action against you. You understand that your failure to respond to the forwarded complaint within the 10 days’ time limit will be construed as your consent to disclosure of your name and contact information by My Startup Studio to the complainant.

Inactive User Accounts Policy

We reserve the right to terminate unpaid user accounts that are inactive for a continuous period of 120 days. In the event of such termination, all data associated with such a user account will be deleted. We will provide you prior notice of such termination. The data deletion policy may be implemented with respect to any or all of the Services.. In case of accounts with more than one user, if at least one of the users is active, the account will not be considered inactive.

Data Ownership

We respect your right to ownership of content created or stored by you. You own the content created or stored by you. Unless specifically permitted by you, your use of the Services does not grant My Startup Studio the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the content created by you or stored in your user account for My Startup Studio’s commercial, marketing or any similar purpose. But you grant My Startup Studio permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, publicly display and publicly perform the content of your user account solely as required for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Hosting Location

Our services are currently hosted within the European Union (EU), using data centers operated by reputable providers located in Germany. All customer data is stored and processed within the EU/European Economic Area (EEA) and is therefore subject to the protections of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We may, in the future, use additional or alternative data centers located in other EU or EEA member states to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance. Any such data centers will be subject to the same GDPR protections, technical safeguards, and security standards as our current facilities.

To ensure accurate regional assignment and compliance with applicable laws, you must not mask or otherwise obscure your internet protocol (IP) address at the time of sign-up or while using our services. Your IP address may be used to determine your region or country for regulatory, security, and service-provisioning purposes. If it is determined that your actual region or country differs from the information provided, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including migrating your account to the correct data center or, where necessary, suspending or terminating access to the services.

User Generated Content

All content created, submitted, or uploaded by users to the Services, including but not limited to: i. Startup idea and building block details ii.Startup applications, survey responses, and milestone updates iii. Task and checklist entries iv. Uploaded documents, images, or media v. Facilitators feedback and program communications
(collectively, “User Content”) remains the property of the user or their organisation. Users grantMy Startup Studio a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, process, and use User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

Users may transmit or publish content they create using the Services. However, users are solely responsible for such content and the consequences of its transmission or publication. Any content made public will be publicly accessible through the internet and may be indexed by search engines. Users must ensure that private content is not accidentally made public.

Content received from other users is provided AS IS for informational and personal use only. Users agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit such content without the express written consent of the content owner. Users must respect copyright notices or copy protection features on content and must not remove or disable them. By making copyrighted content available, users affirm they have obtained all necessary permissions and consent from any rights holders.

My Startup Studio reserves the right to block access to or remove content if complaints are received regarding illegality or infringement of third-party rights. By using the Services and publishing content, users consent to any determination of illegality or infringement made by the agent designated by My Startup Studio.

Partner user notes such as mentor comments, program manager notes, or other partner-provided contributions remain the property of the contributor. Partner Users grant My Startup Studio a license to use such contributions for operating and delivering Services but do not have ownership over User Content created by registered Users or other participants.

As new tools, modules, or features are introduced, content ownership and data rights may extend to include new types of data, reports, or user-generated materials. Unless otherwise stated in supplemental terms, these Terms govern all existing and future content and data.

AI Generated Content and AI Services

As part of the Services, My Startup Studio may provide access to artificial intelligence and machine learning tools and products (the “AI Tools”), which help Registered Users and Partner Users to generate content, insights, and evaluations to support startup development and program management as well as interact directly with AI for guidance, reporting, or progress tracking ( “AI Services”).

The AI Services enable users and End Users to provide prompts or data inputs in the form of text, images, or other formats (collectively, “Inputs”), which the AI Services process to generate content, reports, or insights (collectively, “Outputs”). The AI Services may leverage all information provided by the user on the Platform, including but not limited to, startup building blocks, applications, survey responses, checklists, reports, and other data,to generate AI Outputs tailored to the user or their program, improve AI algorithms and features, and provide insights, analytics, and predictive evaluations.

AI-generated Outputs are provided as tools to support program and startup activities. Because AI technology cannot be fully controlled or predicted:
i. Outputs may not meet specific expectations or be entirely accurate, complete, or unbiased;
ii. Outputs may not be unique; similar or identical content may be generated for other users;
iii. Outputs may inadvertently infringe third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights.

Users are responsible for reviewing all Outputs before using, sharing, publishing, or acting on them. Outputs should be treated as guidance or suggestions, and users must exercise their own judgment and discretion.

All Inputs and Outputs are considered User Content, and the Terms of Services apply. Users have full rights to download, export, share, and otherwise use these reports in accordance with these Terms. Users and their organizations retain ownership of AI Outputs, except for any pre-existing intellectual property owned by My Startup Studio.

Users grant My Startup Studio a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to: i. Process, adjust, store, and use Inputs and Outputs to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and AI Services; ii. Review Inputs and Outputs for legal compliance and enforce these Terms; and iii. Provide copies to third-party service providers or subcontractors as necessary to deliver the AI Services.

We may leverage third-party AI services. Use of such services is subject to the third-party terms and policies. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with these policies when interacting with AI Outputs

As new AI models, evaluation tools, or analytics capabilities are added, your ownership of Outputs and My Startup Studio’s rights to use anonymised or aggregated Inputs and Outputs will automatically apply to these new services, unless supplemental terms state otherwise.

My Startup Studio may aggregate or anonymise registered User data for the purpose of: i. Improving performance and AI algorithms; ii. Generating industry insights, benchmarks, or trends; iii. Supporting research or analytics initiatives. Such aggregated or anonymised data does not identify individual users or organisations and may be used across current and future services.

As new tools, modules, or AI features are introduced, content ownership and data rights may extend to include new types of data, reports, or user-generated materials. Unless otherwise stated in supplemental terms, these Terms govern all existing and future content and data

Sample files and Applications

My Startup Studio may provide sample files and applications for the purpose of demonstrating the possibility of using the Services effectively for specific purposes. The information contained in any such sample files and applications consists of random data. My Startup Studio makes no warranty, either express or implied, as to the accuracy, usefulness, completeness or reliability of the information or the sample files and applications.

Trademark

'My Startup Studio', 'MyStartup.Studio', My Startup Studio logo, the names of individual Services and their logos are trademarks of Bairakdar Consulting e.U.. You agree not to display or use, in any manner, the My Startup Studio trademarks, without My Startup Studio’s prior permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS-AND-AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. MY STARTUP STUDIO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MY STARTUP STUDIO MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE. USE OF ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, MOBILE TELEPHONE, WIRELESS DEVICE OR DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM MY STARTUP STUDIO, ITS EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE AGREEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

YOU AGREE THAT MY STARTUP STUDIO SHALL, IN NO EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER OR FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF MY STARTUP STUDIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MY STARTUP STUDIO’S ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU IN RESPECT OF ANY SERVICE, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500) OR THE FEES PAID BY YOU DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE FIRST EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Startup Studio, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any losses, damages, fines and expenses (including attorney's fees and costs) arising out of or relating to any claims that you have used the Services in violation of another party's rights, in violation of any law, in violations of any provisions of the Agreement, or any other claim related to your use of the Services, except where such use is authorized by My Startup Studio.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties irrevocably agree that the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be the competent courts of Vienna, Austria.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend your user account or temporarily disable access to the whole or part of any Service in the event of any suspected illegal activity, extended periods of inactivity or requests by law enforcement or other government agencies. Objections to suspension or disabling of user accounts should be made to [email protected] within thirty days of being notified about the suspension. We may terminate a suspended or disabled user account after thirty days. We will also terminate your user account on your request. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your user account and deny the Services upon reasonable belief that you have violated the Agreement and to terminate your access to any Beta Service in case of unexpected technical issues or discontinuation of the Beta Service. You have the right to terminate your user account if My Startup Studio breaches its obligations under this Agreement and in such event, you will be entitled to a prorated refund of any prepaid fees. Termination of user account will include denial of access to all Services, deletion of information in your user account such as your email address and password and deletion of all data in your user account.

Modification of Terms of Services

We may modify this Agreement upon notice to you at any time through a service announcement or by sending email to your primary email address. If we make significant changes to the Agreement that affect your rights, you will be provided with at least 30 days advance notice of the changes by email to your primary email address. You may terminate your use of the Services by providing My Startup Studio notice by email within 30 days of being notified of the availability of the modified Agreement if the Agreement is modified in a manner that substantially affects your rights in connection with use of the Services. In the event of such termination, you will be entitled to a prorated refund of the unused portion of any prepaid fees. You will not receive email notifications of minor changes to the Terms of Service. If you wish to stay informed about updates, you should review the Terms of Service periodically at https://mystartup.studio/terms. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any change to the Agreement will be deemed to be your agreement to the modified Agreement.
